We are looking for a Neurosurgeon with minimum 5 years experience to join one of the leading private health clinics in Singapore. Ideally professionals with specialisms in Craniotomy and Peripheral nerve surgery although there will be other opportunities for other skills going forward. Patients will be introduced by the clinic and will include Singapore residents and individuals who increasingly travel to Singapore for treatment given its role as an International hub. The role has huge financial upside via a profit sharing scheme and that coupled with the low tax environment makes it a very attractive proposition. Neurosurgical Spine Fellow Position, CHUV, Lausanne, Switzerland
Requirements
Chef de Clinique/Oberartz/Registrar level
Post FMH neurosurgery or equivalent
Strong basic skills and knowledge in spinal surgery
Basic knowledge of the French language desirable but not essential
Starting date 01.06.14
Job Description
1-2 years duration in a spine fellow role
Primary responsibility is for spinal neurosurgery patients
-integral role in the day to day functioning of the neurosurgical service
-participation in all complex and minimally invasive spinal and craniocervical junction procedures
-leading role in the weekly combined Geneva/Lausanne spine conference
-presentations (oral or poster) at national/international conferences, once or twice per year.
-participation in the preparation of clinical articles for publication.
-participation in ongoing clinical studies
Participation in a specialized neurosurgical spine call schedule
