Parenting in Neurosurgery Survey

Dear Colleagues,

The University of Toronto, in collaboration with the Women in Neurosurgery Committee of WFNS and in agreement with the EANS Diversity in Neurosurgery Committee, would like to ask that you take 10-15 minutes to help us gather important information on your perspectives and experiences on parenting. 
This survey is intended for ALL trainees and faculty in neurosurgery, male AND female, regardless of whether you have children or not.

This is an essential priority for us in the field, mainly as we aim to educate a diverse range of individuals as the next generation of neurosurgeons with respect and inclusivity.

We appreciate your generosity of time to complete this survey and sharing your input with us.
